25 Point Oil Change - $25.00 plus parts
*Inspect/clean air filter, foam pre-cleaner and air box. *Check brake lever travel and fluid level. *Check counter balancer oil level and fill as necessary *Check transmission oil level. *Check front and rear gearcase levels. *Set tire pressure and check wear. *Torque wheels. *Adjust Idle and ETC switch. *Check operation of all switchs. *Check operation of all lights. *Check and fill battery. *Check steering and drive system for loose bolts and nuts. *Check fluid level in recovery tank. *Adjust and lubricate all chains.
*Check all CV boots. *Grease ball joints, A arm Shafts, tie-rods and steering post bushings. *Grease swingarm bushings, slip yokes, rear halfshafts and eccentrics. *Grease transmission output shaft and rear axle bearings. *Grease front U-joints. *Grease rear suspension and rear wheel hub bearing carrier. *Check wheel alignment and adjust as necessary. *Change oil (4 cycle only). *Change oil filter (4 cycle only). *Perform any applicable service bulletins. *Test ride.
Pre-season or 1000 Mile 55 Point Check $175 + Parts.
*Test drive. *Inspect, clean or replace pre-cleaner. *Ispect, clean or replace main air filter. *Inspect engine beather hose (4 cycle only). *Inspect air box sediment tube (drain deposits whenever visiable. *Replace oil injector filter (2 cycle only). *Inspect engine mounts. *Inspect drive belt and check tension. *Inspect clutches for wear and clean. *Inspect/clean carb. *Inspect/adjust valves. *Inspect spark plug, replace if necessary. *Inspect/ adjust Ignition timing. *Inspect all fuel lines. *Replace fuel filter. *Inspect oil lines. *Change in-line breather filter if needed (4 cycle only). *Check attaching bolts on all shocks and struts. *Check operation of headlights/taillights and Hi/Lo Rev. indicators. *Check battery fluid level and ensure vent hose is attached and routed cleanly. *Check all switchs for proper operation. *Adjust engine Idle and ETC switch. *Adjust choke. *Change gearcase lubricant. *Inspect/adjust shift linkage. *Change counter balancer oil (2 cycle 350 and 400 only). *Inspect front wheel bearing thightness. *Change front hub fluid (4wd models only). *Check grease in front hubs (2wd models only).
*Change oil filter (4 cycle only). *Perform all applicable service bullitins. *Final test drive.
*Change brake fluid. *Check brake lever travel. *Inspect all brake pads. *Check operation of auxiliary brake, adjust as need. *Drain any moisture from recoil housing. *Top off radiator and inspect for leaks and contamination. *Check coolant level in recovery tank. *Inspect/clean radiator external surface. *Inspect cooling hoses for leaks. *Check steering and drive system for loose bolts and nuts. *Set tire pressure to spec's and check wear. *Torque wheels to spec's. *Check steering post end play. *Lubricate speedometer cable when accessible. *Check CV boots on front and rear axles. *Grease ball joints, A arm pivot shafts, tie-rod ends and steering post bushings. *Grease transmission output shaft, rear axle bearings, swingarm bushings and eccentrics. *Grease slip yokes, rear halfshaft, front propshaft and front axle U-joints. *Grease upper/lomer control arms, rear wheel hub bearing carrier and rear torsion bar. *Adjust and lubricate all chains. *Check and adjust alignment. *Change oil (4 cycle only).
